cadrumo.application.wizard.catalogue module¶
Operation-scoped construction of the wizard flow catalogue.
The descriptor is built only by build_setup_flow(), while a caller holds
one leased indexed authority operation. Importing this module is therefore
safe for metadata/help paths and cannot silently select a process-global
registry generation.

Build the setup flow from the caller’s pinned authority operation.
