Read-only IVA rate projections from the published registry authority.

load_iva_rate_table() projects the signed iva-rate-schedule fact into mappings from EUMemberState to dated IvaRateRecord windows partitioned by IvaRateKind. It does not read authoring TOML.

IVA_RATE_FACT_ID

Jurisdictions that must carry rate rows.

XI is a Northern Ireland IVA prefix for goods, not a state with its own IVA rate table, so it is intentionally excluded from the rate-registry completeness gate.

load_iva_rate_table(*, operation)[source]

Return IVA rates projected from the installed authority artifact.

Rate TOML is authoring input. A caller cannot redirect the shipped runtime at an arbitrary source tree: publication is the only route to changed rates.
