Exposes ENTRY, a frozen PortalMetadata record identified by the Portal code PORTAL_CONSULTA_PAGOS under the PortalCategory member aeat.domain.portals.PortalCategory.PAYMENT. Used to query the status of past payments and recover the NRC tokens generated by each settlement.
