Orden HAC/1363/2018 articulo unico substitutes the anexo I of orden-eha-1881-2011 – modelo 763’s founding orden – and applies “para las autoliquidaciones correspondientes al cuarto trimestre del año 2018 y siguientes”. That is the second re-layout boundary of this modelo, matching enrolled-modelo-763-layout’s applies_from 2018-10-01 exactly, and it is why modelo 763 needs three eras rather than two: 2011-2014 under the founding anexo, 2015 to 3T 2018 under the orden-hap-2373-2014 anexo, and 4T 2018 onward under this one.
