Orden HAC/529/2026 art 3.2 fixes the domiciliación bancaria window for the IS declaration models of períodos impositivos iniciados en 2025: del 1 al 22 de julio de 2026, ambos inclusive. It grounds the modelo 220 deadline window’s payment_cutoff_on. That date had been carried across the span split from the 2024 orden’s equivalent clause without being checked – it happened to be right, but nothing in the tree said so.

Orden HAC/529/2026 is the approving order for the IS declaration models for períodos impositivos iniciados entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2025 – the successor to orden-hac-657-2025, which covered períodos iniciados en 2024. Article 6.3 is the Modelo 220-specific plazo clause: it grounds the group declaration’s deadline in art. 75.2 LIS (the plazo of the representative entity’s individual declaration) rather than the general art. 124.1 plazo, and it names «el Modelo 220 de declaración aprobado en el artículo 1 de la presente orden», which is itself operative evidence that art. 1 approves Modelo 220. This is firmer grounding than the 2024-era citation, whose only bundled provision naming 220 is art. 3’s domiciliación bancaria heading.
